After walking through your home, our design partners will clarify the scope of the project, discuss how to meet your needs within the budget, and begin working on proposed construction plans. After proposed plans have been decided, the designer will begin helping you with selections.

The success of our Operations team hinges on how well your vision is communicated. Our drafting partners will use the design selections, floor plans, and specifications to provide a concise set of demo plans, proposed construction plans, renderings, and cut sheets to be approved by you and the Operations team.

After the design and drafting processes are completed, our Estimation team will outline the scope of work with a formal proposal. They will carefully detail the necessary materials to be purchased, fabricated, constructed, and installed while providing a transparent breakdown of the labor costs involved. This will then be approved by all parties.

To ensure clear communication, the designer and Operations team will meet to flush through all elements of design and construction. Your dedicated Project Manager will begin setting up site protection while our Operations team tracks and checks in construction materials. Supported by a Field Operations Manager, your Project Manager will track weather, trades and progress, constantly updating you with any questions, comments or changes. As your project comes to completion, the Field Operations Manager will meet to conduct a punch walk through.
