Tony Villarreal's journey began in the world of construction at a young age. While learning the industry from his family, he quickly cultivated a passion for transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary. Alongside his wife, Isabel, he founded Build 512 in 2017, driven by a commitment to serving families whose homes didn’t fit their needs. Build 512 focused on remodel projects for any part of the home. From painting fences to gutting kitchens, Tony helped many fall in love with their home again.

In 2020, fueled by ambition, Tony ventured into the realm of custom home construction, giving rise to Alabaster Custom Homes. Together, Tony and Isabel built two brands that have won several awards and impacted many lives within central Texas over the last seven years.

In March 2024, after careful deliberation, Tony recognized the synergy between the two companies and decided to streamline their identities. This led to the consolidation of their brands, and the birth of Alabaster. This change has enabled the team to focus on their core strength: crafting beautiful homes.

Alabaster emerges as the embodiment of both brand’s vision, serving the greater Austin area with a singular purpose: building homes that stand the test of time, enriching the lives of families for generations to come.
