
Project Management
Prior to construction you will be introduced to your Operations Team. This will include your dedicated Project Manager as well as our leadership team that will provide support and oversight for your build. Your Project Manager will be on-site daily, and in the event of an absence there will be an Assistant Project Manager or Field Operations Manager to provide support and guidance to our trades. Your Project Manager will help with PreConstruction meetings, opening and closing the job site, site cleanliness, project planning, schedule updates, and will make sure that we finish your job on schedule and within budget.
Budget and Timeline
Budget and timeline are typically two of the most important components to every client, and are commonly missed in this industry. Our team does everything they can to keep you on track with both, while partnering with you in the process. Your project will constantly be updated with changes tracked daily. Having a dedicated Project Manager ensures your project is always being driven towards impeccable quality, while your expectations on budget and timeline are being exceeded.

Site Protection
Building can be trying in so many ways. Our Operations Team goes to great lengths to make sure that this process is a smooth one, and brings peace. This means that we prioritize protecting your home during your renovation. We use protective floor coverings, zip walls, air scrubbers to remove dust particulates from your home, and dump trailers to make sure your home is always clean and safe during demolition and construction. Our team will also make sure your home and space has been professionally cleaned prior to your move in date, so that you can come home to a space that is not only beautiful and functional, but clean.
Budget and Timeline
Trust your builder and their work. It’s a nice concept, but a lot of times, building can be very transactional. You get what you pay for and nothing else. It’s so important that you love the process, and that you can trust in our work. Here are some of the warranties provided by Build for this type of project:
