“We hired Alabaster for our home expansion project to enclose our outdoor deck above our carport into an interior room (200 sqft). Given we have a toddler at home, cleanliness, expediency, and communication were our top priorities and their team delivered on all fronts. We signed our proposal/deposit in September, solidified architectural plans in November, began demo in January, and completed by end of March. Once we had permits from the city, everything moved seamlessly from one phase to the next aside from being held back occasionally by the weather or city.
Our project manager was Joel and he did an incredible job texting nearly daily updates, managing the trades schedules, and keeping the construction area as clean as possible. He also regularly updated our timeline and progress photos in BuilderTrend which was a helpful reference. Major bonus that he became a friendly face to our daughter, which makes it all easier that she would wave excitedly instead of crying every time someone walked in.
It's a testament to their business that even the trades they brought in were always friendly or clearly in good spirits. Most of the work was done on weekdays between 8-5, but a few times to get ahead of the weather or schedule, they offered to work on the weekend with our permission. All of their team came back at the end to do touch ups and make sure that the work was completed to our satisfaction. If you are looking for a reliable team that will do a thorough job, this is the one!.”
“As an architect + interior designer, it has been great partnering with the Alabaster team! Tony is an excellent communicator and extremely knowledgeable, and his team is so wonderful! We had the pleasure of working with Andrea (project manager) on a full renovation, and she did an excellent job communicating with our team and all the trades during the entire process, it really put our minds at easing knowing the clients were so well taken care of during the entire construction phase! And the project turned out so stunning!!
They're so helpful, from early estimates, to coordinating details with Design team & clients, I don’t have to worry if they will complete and/or do a good job. Their customer service is excellent! They're extremely accommodating to whatever the clients want, they do an excellent job, and do not charge an absurd amount for change orders. Overall, the Alabaster team is very trustworthy, honest, & helpful. I would definitely recommend them and want to keep collaborating & partnering on projects together.”
